You will be supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. The team handles a high volume of work with a strong emphasis on client service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting fee earners with day-to-day conveyancing transactions Preparing and drafting legal documentation Managing files from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Handling post-completion matters and general administrative duties
About You:
Previous experience working within a conveyancing or residential property team, ideally with 2 years experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
