Assist or undertake a wide range of building maintenance duties associated with the council’s retained housing stock. Work as part of a team or lone worker, performing repair and maintenance services for council tenants’ homes. Tasks will include manual handling and other physical work typical in building maintenance.

• Building site experience and knowledge of basic building maintenance procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently without supervision
