* About the Role:

** Based in
** Lowestoft Riverside, 4 Canning Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0EQ

** you will be working
** 37.5 hours a week on a six week rota basis with early shifts, late shifts and with some weekends included.
** You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Live within a 10 minute commute to respond to alarms and incidents
* Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met**.
*** Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors.
* Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning.
* Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled.
* Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear.

*** Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting
