Salary: £70-90K + Car Allowance + up to 25% Bonus

We are partnering with a leading international food manufacturer to appoint a senior technical leader to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation across a strategically critical portfolio.

This role will lead consumer-led design, translate insight into scalable products, and deliver a robust, compliant innovation pipeline across multiple markets. You will partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to balance quality, cost, speed and growth.

• Lead end-to-end product and packaging development programmes
• Shape and deliver a validated innovation pipeline aligned to growth targets
• Translate consumer insight into product attributes and technical solutions
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across the portfolio
• Influence supply chain and manufacturing decisions to optimise quality and cost
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Build, lead and develop high-performing, multi-site technical teams

• Proven senior technical leadership experience in food or FMCG
• Strong expertise in product and packaging development and scale-up
• Deep understanding of consumer-led design and supply chains
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and trade-offs
• Confident operating in a complex, matrixed organisation
• Passionate people leader with a track record of developing talent
