Achieve Recruitment in Lowestoft is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety & Purchasing Lead to drive a major transformation on the shop floor. You’ll own CI, HS, and purchasing, shaping how the business operates with autonomy and direct access to senior leadership.
You will map value streams, lead Kaizen events and implement 5S, standard work, and visual management while coaching teams to build lasting capability. A strong production-floor mindset is essential.
