Location:
Lowestoft
Pay Rate: £12.96 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 07:30am to 4:15pm | Friday, 07:30am to 12:30pm
Contract:
Temporary (minimum 6 months) with potential permanent opportunities

The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will play an important part in the production process, using hand tools and specialist techniques to assemble products to exacting standards. Many tasks involve detailed manual work, requiring patience, precision, and consistency.
Key Duties
Assemble products using hand tools and established production methods
Carry out detailed work with accuracy and care
Follow manufacturing instructions and quality procedures
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain concentration while completing repetitive tasks
Work collaboratively as part of a skilled workshop team
Keep workstations clean, organised, and safe What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to carry out fine, intricate work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and dependable approach to work
Comfortable working on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided What You'll Receive
