Full-time working hours: 8:30am–6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am–5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft:

  • Market properties to prospective tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for landlords
  • Agree new tenancies and progress lets through to completion
  • Generate new business through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings journey
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets
