Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a respected nonprofit organization in Lubbock. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys contributing to a mission-driven organization and values accuracy, integrity, and flexibility.

• Record and manage daily financial transactions, including donations, grants, and expenses
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards
• Utilize Quick Books or similar accounting software

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations preferred
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (to be coordinated with employer)
