Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Hourly

Reporting to the Accounting Director, the Accounts Receivable/Collections Assistant is responsible for assisting with the management and invoicing of all collection/restoration accounts, ensuring accounts are handled properly to maintain a healthy bad debt ratio, courteously communicating and negotiating payment arrangements with customers.

• Send account statements monthly as well as reminder letters to all past due accounts
• Complete daily invoicing for restoration services.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers
• Monitor all payment arrangements to ensure they are being followed.
• Handle customer disputes/refunds/discounts on already billed invoices
• Assist both Accounting and Restoration Directors in daily tasks as needed

• Ability to prioritize tasks and analyze data to ensure deadlines are met.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
• Must be goal driven, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Must possess excellent customer service
