Summary/ObjectiveThis position assists project personnel with any administrative tasks needed during the course of the project.
Essential Functions- Creating and organizing files
- Putting together packets
- Assisting with mailouts
- Manning the front desks
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Running errands, including trips to the Post Office, Fed Ex, and UPS
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma.
- 1 year of office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
