Summary/Objective

Documents Supervisors are responsible for managing a group of Documents Specialists and assigning daily tasks. The Documents Supervisor creates the project line list and oversees all work done by Documents Specialists. Prepares weekly reports and keeps Project Manager up to date on all activities. Reviews all right of way documents and files for accuracy and completeness.

Essential Functions
  • Assigns and reviews the work of the Documents Specialists.
  • Updates database and oversees generation of reports.
  • Mail merges initial offer letters, easement documents and all other acquisition documents.
  • Reviews all acquisition documents and right of way files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Audits right of way turnover packages and project files.
  • Communicates with Title Supervisor, Right-of-Way Agents and Project Manager.
  • Supervises and monitors the department staff to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Assists the Project Manager, Title Supervisor and Right-of-Way Agents with document related issues.

Required

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma
  • 3 years document preparation experience
  • 3 years of Document Supervisor experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
