SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESThe Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. The Administrative Assistant will support the Site manager, Site HR Business Partner and staff in all administrative related activities. The Administrative Assistant will act as an intercompany liaison, have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, maintain confidentially as needed and a friendly demeanor.
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS

- Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
- Assist HR in functions that are related to the site and the recruiting team.
- Assist QC in functions that are related to the site.
- Assist A/R and A/P in functions that are related to the site.
- Assist in P-Card transactions that are related to the site.
- Provide back up coverage for incoming phone calls for the main Corporate phone line, as needed.
- Express all interoffice documents to Corporate on a daily or weekly basis.
- Assist in scheduling company activities.
- Purchase office supplies and misc. items for site.
- Prompt and dependable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite of software.
- Ability to use company operating systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate via email and telephone.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to logically think through process steps and identify potential issues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to act in a self-confident manner to facilitate completion of a work assignment or to defend a position or idea.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and in writing clearly and concisely.
- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
- Ability to complete tasks or continue in a course of action in spite of opposition or discouragement.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical School degree with emphasis on Administrative Assistant or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one to three years accounting and/or human resource experience.
