Facilities Service Coordinator

Coordinate facilities requests remotely with the people who perform on-site work.

Remote role supporting Turf Casa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.

-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

• Log facilities and cleaning service requests reported by the on-site team.
• Arrange approved service visits and relay access or timing details through the site contact.
• Track completion updates and route unresolved issues or spending requests to management.

Organized service tracking and clear communication with team members and providers. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
• Part-time employees: prorated paid time off.
• Paid training.
• Schedules provided two weeks in advance where practical.
• A pay review after 90 days; a raise is not guaranteed.
