Client Relationship Manager
A Client Strategist at Primitive is a collaborative, proactive, and analytical marketer. The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management and confidence in understanding a client’s goals and how to lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to the successful achievement of those goals. This person is skilled at communication, understanding client brands and their target audiences, researching topics related to the products and services of their client partners, and should be comfortable facilitating, learning from, and teaching other team members in a collaborative work environment.
The Client Strategist will work closely with a Project Manager (PM) who will oversee project management functions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client partners and manage the relationships to ensure we deliver a consistent and valuable client experience
Lead client partnerships by working to fully understand their business goals, and develop marketing and growth strategies and work in tandem with the PM to ensure flawless execution of client projects and deliverables to achieve the client’s objectives
Work alongside Digital Specialists and the PM to develop and analyze monthly and quarterly performance reports to help the team and client understand what is working and identify and implement recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date on industry trends and be willing to learn, test, and analyze new technologies with support from the Digital Specialists
Qualifications3-5 years of client management experience
Experience delivering client-focused marketing solutions to accomplish client goals
Exceptional communication, client interfacing, and presentation skills
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-growth agency
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with Click Up (or similar task and project management software)
Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders — this includes the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
