Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitive strategies, and industry trends to deliver actionable insights that inform executive decision-making, shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen the organization's competitive position.

• Develop, articulate, and document business insights with a strong customer focus, incorporating the customer service experience and perspective.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and business data to support strategic planning and executive decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Execute complex assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of business principles, programs, procedures, and relevant business issues.
• Translate research findings and analytical insights into clear, practical recommendations that support business objectives.

• Experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful business insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex assignments effectively.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand business challenges from the customer's perspective.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
