- Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
- Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
- Complete punch lists and assist in new home orientation lists.
- Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
- Assist in service‑related issue areas.
- Have daily interaction with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- College degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel).
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Valid auto insurance coverage.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during normal work hours is essential. The role may require work over eight hours per day in confined office or field environments, operation of motor vehicles, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving or carrying items up to 50 pounds, and finger dexterity for computer use. Office work includes extended computer monitoring and paperwork, with standing required for filing and copying.
Limited travel may be required.
