Work Schedule:
Summer 2027 (May – August) Monday – Friday.
7:00AM to 5:30PM (working hours could be different)
** Possible nighttime operations, depending on project
** Possible part-time work during fall/winter semester (while attending school)
Position DescriptionInterns will be expected to assist in:
- Assisting in public relations, claims, subcontractor back charges, and force account work
- Processing all documents required to start-up project as outlined in project checklist.
- Update and maintain C.P.M. under direction of P.M.
- Monthly schedule distribution to field and subcontractors.
- Schedule survey and inspections for field operations.
- Update and maintain as-Built drawings if required.
- Tracking quantities to ensure accurate payment by Owner.
- Managing change order correspondence and tracking
Requirements
- Junior or Senior (highly preferred)
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Past construction work experience is preferred
