Ryan Companies US, Inc. invites pursuing bachelor’s degree students to join our Lubbock, TX site as a Safety Engineer Intern for Summer 2027, May–August.
This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in construction safety on Mission Critical project sites, under the Safety Manager’s guidance. You will assist with implementing the Ryan Safety Program, conduct site-safety audits, train workers, review subcontractor submittals, and help foster a strong safety culture with field teams.
