Compensation: $100K Base+ (DOE) + Benefits + Profit Sharing

This Role Requires Commercial Roofing Experience.

You’ll take ownership of commercial roofing projects from award through completion. That includes managing budgets, scheduling crews, coordinating materials, communicating with general contractors, monitoring job costs, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. We’re looking for someone who understands both the office and field sides of commercial roofing and knows how to bring them together.

• Proven commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Experience managing field crews, project schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, GCs, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and problem‑solving ability.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a strong team.
