We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Producer to join the team supporting a top collegiate athlete and digital creator. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes short-form content and knows how to capture moments that connect. You’ll be working directly with the creator to develop, film, and edit engaging content across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.

• Film and produce high-quality short-form content focused on lifestyle, sports, training, and brand partnerships
• Manage and help grow the creator’s You Tube channel, assisting with filming, editing, uploading, and optimization (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, etc.)
• Brainstorm creative video ideas and trends that align with the creator’s voice, aesthetic, and ongoing brand collaborations
• Edit and deliver polished, engaging content optimized for each platform
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments at workouts, events, and day-to-day life
• Stay on top of emerging social trends and recommend new content formats or ideas

• Experience producing and editing short-form content
• Strong camera and editing skills (mobile or DSLR; familiarity with Cap Cut, Final Cut, or Premiere a plus)
• Understanding of digital storytelling, pacing, and Gen Z culture
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Passion for sports, digital media, and creative storytelling
