Serving a wide range of customers, including hospitals, universities, manufacturers, and government agencies, West Texas Filters provides over 2,000 types and sizes of air filters to meet diverse needs.
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Agent in Lubbock, TX. The main responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and managing service requests. The agent will provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed records of communications and troubleshooting resolutions.
Qualifications- Professional customer support and service skills, with ability to address inquiries efficiently.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to fulfill customer needs.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Time‑management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and filtration products is an advantage but not required.
