Greet clients warmly as they walk through our doors or call into the office.

Review existing insurance policies with clients to ensure their coverage still aligns with their current life situation.

Process incoming payments and assist with basic billing questions.

Update client contact information and maintain accurate records in our database.

Guide clients through the claims process by providing clear instructions and empathetic support.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate additions to better protect our clients.

Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.

Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.

Reliable transportation for daily commuting to our Lubbock office.

Patient and clear communication skills in both spoken and written formats.

A genuine desire to help others solve problems.

Experience working in a professional office setting or similar customer-facing role.
