Location: 5255 79th St, Lubbock, TX 79416
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday and Thursday 7:50am-5pm or 9:50am-7pm (all RDAs alternate). Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:50am-5pm. Two Saturdays a month open from 7:50am-2pm (all RDAs rotate working and will have a day off during that week).

- Assist the Doctor and Practice Manager to ensure that procedures and practices to provide quality care are upheld by the clinical team, and maintain a safe and efficient schedule.
- Oversee and approve all clinical supplies and inventory to make sure the office is fully stocked with what is needed to operate on a daily basis and stay within set budget expectations.
- Place and finish permanent restorations, complete preliminary impressions; provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; position instruments for dentist’s access; suction; and pass instruments. Any other duties as needed.
- Lead the clinical team in actions by promoting best practices in patient care.
- CPR/X‑ray certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
