Position: Private Practice Urology Physician Partnership Opportunity

A thriving, physician-owned urology practice in West, Texas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join as a full-time, partner-track physician. Step into a high-demand, low-competition market with immediate patient volume, robust support, and exceptional earning potential under a fee-for-service model.

Practice Highlights:

  • Established private practice with on-site outpatient clinic and physician-owned ASC
  • Immediate volume: 4–6 week waitlist ensures a full schedule from day one
  • 3.5M patient draw area, including out-of-state referrals
  • Flexible scope: all procedural interests welcome; no fellowship required
  • Modern facilities: in-office procedure suites and access to ASC and surgical hospital
  • Supportive team: experienced partners provide mentorship and guidance

Partnership & Earnings:

  • Clinic ownership offered after year one — no buy-in or overhead
  • ASC & surgical hospital tracks: additional ownership opportunities
  • Optional paid ER call: supplement income and grow patient base

Compensation:

  • Competitive guaranteed salary (aligned with MGMA)
  • $1.2M+ potential by years 2–3
  • $50K signing bonus
  • $15K relocation allowance

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU)
