Covenant Medical Group is seeking a full‑time physician with experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join its team in Lubbock, Texas. In this role, you will join 7 board‑certified OB/GYN physicians and 1 Maternal Fetal physician. Conduct meaningful work and experience a healthy work‑life balance in Northwest Texas.

• Full‑time position
• Outpatient practice with inpatient deliveries, surgery and hospital
• Monday to Friday schedule, with call coverage requirements
• Call coverage 1:9
• Da Vinci Robot at hospital OR
• Procedures can include ultrasound, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
• Supported by a 24/7 in‑house Laborist Program alc;
• High level of autonomy
• Board‑certification in OBGYN required
• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
