TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required.

On a limited, case-by-case basis, the institution may also sponsor eligible individuals for change-of-status or change-of-employer petitions for qualifying positions. TTUHSC will not pay the $100,000 fee, if applicable.

Our goal is to diagnose,treat, and manage functional impairment across a diverse variety of inpatient and outpatient educational settings. Rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and applicable salary are dependent upon candidate’s qualifications and experience.

• Provide inpatient coverage for Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital.
  • 28-35 adult patients daily w/APRN support available
  • Call 1 to 2 weekends/month with call split among other adult providers
  • 72 bed facility with 130 admissions/month
  • Patient Diagnosis: 20% Stroke, 15% Trauma, 5-10% Spinal, andmix of Ortho, Debility
• Train and Supervise PM&R Residents.
• Optional VA appointment/clinic time.

• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R or in the processof becoming Board Eligible at the completion of training.
• Completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination(USMLE) Step 3.
