Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Lubbock, TX at Covenant Medical Center. Practice Info

• Large, close-knit team of 16 physicians and 6 APPs at Covenant Medical Center
• 46-bed Adult ER
• Level II trauma, comprehensive stroke center with flight service
• Separate Children's Hospital 2 blocks away

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to a critical access hospital with a 46-bed dedicated Adult ER, level II trauma and comprehensive stroke center with flight service
• EPIC is our EMR

Shift & Schedule

• APP Daily coverage 9 am-7 pm, and 12 pm-10 pm
• 72 hours of physician coverage daily
• 12-hour shifts with days, swing, and nights
• The monthly workload for full-time positions is 120 hours with full health benefits

Qualifications

• Candidates eligible for consideration must be BC/BC ABEM/ABOEM
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP
• Current practice or residency experience in a similar or larger volume department
• Authorized to work in the United States
