Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established guidelines with performance based on overall results obtained. Analyzes and coordinates student records to ensure degree plan accuracy and program compliance.

- TTU K-12, a unit of the Texas Tech University Online division, is a state-approved online kindergarten through 12th-grade school that has been meeting students' needs for more than 25 years.

- TTU K-12 began in 1993 as a "Special Purpose District" designed to help students whose educational needs were not adequately met by traditional school districts. Since then, we have grown to serve students across the country and more than 70 nations around the world.
Major/Essential Functions
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by law, campus and administrative regulations. Keep abreast of changing rules, techniques and philosophies relevant to advising.
- Prepare reports on students as required by administration. Review transcripts and other data to ensure that students meet requirements. Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities.
- Interact with students, parents, registrars, and school officials. Answer questions, relay information and solve problems in a professional and timely manner. Assure that officials and agencies are provided information 15% necessary to meet student's needs.
- Perform data entry procedures in different systems used by TTU K-12. with speed and accuracy enter student information into the Student Information System, Learning Management System, Record Retention System. Help with TREX, fax, and email records requests. Help with international and stateside transcript requests. Help registrar with international graduates. Ability to use office equipment, computers and phone systems. Respond to email messages in a timely manner and seek help form supervisors and peers as needed.
