Texas Tech, in Lubbock on the Southern High Plans, sits in the heart of a geographic area marked by both abundance and scarcity of natural resources that impact communities large- to small. Texas Tech is placing itself at the forefront of research and scholarly excellence for exploring ways to make our region and the world more resilient and adaptable in the face of ever-changing resource availability.
