About the Opportunity

We’re supporting a confidential energy technology and large-scale infrastructure operator that’s developing grid-interactive, load-flexible campuses across Texas
. With major growth underway, they are expanding their Operations team and hiring a Project Manager to lead upcoming site buildouts in the West Texas region
.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in power-intensive, utility-scale infrastructure environments. You’ll oversee ground-up site development
, including high-voltage and substation-related construction
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of new campus and facility buildouts
  • Oversee HV infrastructure, substation installation, and utility interconnection work
  • Manage contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and all on-site activities
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, operations, and executive teams
  • Oversee permitting, compliance, and QA/QC across project phases
  • Drive risk mitigation, project reporting, and milestone delivery
What They’re Looking For
  • 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, power systems, or large-scale construction
  • Strong background in high-voltage systems, substations, or utility interconnection projects
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, complex site development projects
  • Understanding of permitting, construction processes, and field operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to be on site in West Texas as needed
