**** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** The position is event based and will be scheduled on an as needed basis.
***** Maintains a professional appearance and mannerism
* Possesses knowledge of the area (i.e. street and business locations)
* Works with a show’s touring manager running errands, shopping for groceries picking up/dropping off talent at the airport/hotel, picking up food at local restaurants, dropping off/picking up laundry, setting up an office environment for show personnel
* Maintains spending records and receipts for all purchased items
* Performs other tasks as assigned.
** Job Requirements and Abilities
*** Must be 21 years of age (required to operate a rental vehicle and to purchase alcohol)
* Must be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle and must pass a driving background check
* Must be able to pass a background check for cash handling
* Must possess the ability to operate a 15-passenger van, an SUV, and/or a passenger vehicle
* Must possess the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
* Must possess the ability to work hours as dictated by events, very frequently from early morning until late at night with some shifts lasting longer than 12 hours
* Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, work independently and as a team, and have reliable transportation. The position is event based and will be scheduled on an as needed basis.
* Candidate may be asked to use personal vehicle on occasion.  Having access to a vehicle that seats at least 5 people is a plus.
* Must possess the ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively
