A company is looking for a Corporate Bond Closer.
Key Responsibilities- Review submitted documentation and data entry for accuracy within 24 hours
- Generate and update closing disclosures, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected
- Complete final closing documents and balance figures with attorneys / settlement agents
- 2+ years of recent mortgage banking experience in bond and housing closing / document preparation
- Basic knowledge of Encompass and TRID closing regulations
- Solid understanding of various loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
- Experience utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and intrapersonal skills
