This is an entry-level, full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative based in Lubbock, TX. The role involves providing excellent client support by addressing inquiries, maintaining and updating client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal teams to provide assistance in operational and administrative tasks to enhance overall client experience.

• Strong work ethic and desire to serve our clients
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding or interest in finance to assist in managing client accounts and understanding their financial needs.
• Ability to work with a team and maintain attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is a plus.
