** What this job involves:
** As a Senior Financial Analyst at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our global commercial real estate platform. This position combines advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business decisions that shape JLL's market leadership. You'll work directly with senior leadership teams, providing insights that influence investment strategies, operational efficiency, and client solutions.

** What your day-to-day will look like:*
* * Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JLL standards
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making across business lines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
* Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates for assigned portfolios
* Partner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations, and client reporting packages
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations

* Required Qualifications:

*
* * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; experience with financial software systems (E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1)
* Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environments
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executives
* Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

* Preferred Qualifications:

* * MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification demonstrating commitment to financial excellence
* Previous experience in commercial real estate and facility management
* Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence platforms
* Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards, particularly as they relate to real estate
* Project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
