Assistant Professor - Pharmacy Abilene
Position DescriptionThe Department of Pharmacy Practice at the TTUHSC Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy is seeking a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty member within the Adult Medicine Division to join our Abilene campus. Academic rank will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Teach didactic, laboratory, case/simulation-based, and experiential instruction within the Pharm.
D. curriculum. - Provide clinical practice in adult acute care (approx. 50% of time), including patient care and experiential teaching.
- Engage in scholarship and service consistent with departmental and school goals.
- Advanced training (PGY2), Board Certification, and/or teaching experience.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
D.) degree. - Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency.
- Eligibility for Texas pharmacist licensure.
