We're hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients (pediatric through adult), develop individualized care plans, and oversee COTAs providing follow-up visits. If you enjoy autonomy and collaboration, this is the role for you!

We’d love to know:
Why did you become an OT?

YOUR ROLE:

• Evaluate patients in-home (pediatric to adult)
• Develop care goals and treatment plans
• Supervise COTAs and review their charting
• Perform occasional follow-up visits as needed

COMPENSATION AND

SCHEDULE:

• $5 per visit completed by your COTAs
• Weekly pay
• You set your own schedule – PRN, as needed role
• Location:
  
  Lubbock, TX

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of experience as an OT
• Active Texas OT license
• Valid driver’s license & CPR certification
