We're hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients (pediatric through adult), develop individualized care plans, and oversee COTAs providing follow-up visits. If you enjoy autonomy and collaboration, this is the role for you!
We’d love to know:
Why did you become an OT?
YOUR ROLE:
- Evaluate patients in-home (pediatric to adult)
- Develop care goals and treatment plans
- Supervise COTAs and review their charting
- Perform occasional follow-up visits as needed
COMPENSATION AND
SCHEDULE:
- $5 per visit completed by your COTAs
- Weekly pay
- You set your own schedule – PRN, as needed role
- Location:
Lubbock, TX
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ year of experience as an OT
- Active Texas OT license
- Valid driver’s license & CPR certification
