Coordination of patient schedules including input of various appointments into the department's scheduling system, scheduling outside appointments as necessary, and communicating with patients and staff regarding all scheduled appointments. Exhibits knowledge of departmental procedures and appropriate scheduling of patients' exams. Accurately obtains patient records for patient clerical work‑up.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

• 1 year medical scheduling/receptionist experience.
• 2 years customer service for Grace Clinic A16.

$15.40 - $23.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
