EMT Paramedic at Covenant Health

• Deliver high quality care for ill or injured patients under variable conditions, collaborating with department personnel.
• Use assessment skills and follow written standards defined by departmental policy.
• Participate in departmental committees, public relations, and outreach education.
• Work full‑time day shifts and be available for weekends and holidays as scheduled.

• Education and certification/licensure:
  • Texas Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic License or Texas Paramedic License
  • National Provider BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in emergency medical service with Covenant Ambulance.

On‑site position at Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock, TX (3615 19th St). Must live within commutable distance to Lubbock.

Pay range: $20.43 - $31.27 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
