Patient Admissions Coordinator
Under the direction of the PAS supervisor/manager, the Patient Access Representative is responsible for assisting patients during the on‑site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits, completing financial clearance functions, collecting accurate demographic and insurance information, and obtaining patient liability when known. The representative greets and serves patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters.
Responsibilities- Assist patients during on‑site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
- Collect demographic, insurance, and patient liability information.
- Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts.
- Maintain compliance with regulation, guidelines, and documentation standards; record information accurately and promptly.
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
- Three years of experience within a Patient Access or Business Office setting.
- Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
- Three years of use of medical terminology in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of medical billing codes.
- One year of experience with Epic Applications.

Pay Range: $14.80 – $22.18
Schedule: Per‑Diem, Variable Shift
