Supervisor Clinical Pharmacy – Covenant Health

Location:

Covenant Children's Hospital, 4015 22nd Pl, Lubbock, TX 79407. Work is onsite at the hospital.

Job type:
Full‑Time, Variable shift schedule. Weekend and holiday availability expected. Requires commuting proximity to the office.

Responsibilities

Ready to lead with impact? As a Supervisor of Clinical Pharmacy, you’ll be the driving force behind a high‑performing pharmacy team, ensuring safe, compliant, and innovative medication practices. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor caregivers, and champion collaboration across the department. From shaping workflows and training talent to managing cutting‑edge pharmacy technologies, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care for patients of all ages.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • On hire:
    Texas Pharmacist Registered
  • 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • PharmD
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
Work Requirements
  • Onsite position requiring daily onsite reporting
  • Must be located within commutable distance of the office (Lubbock, TX)
  • Flexible and available to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

The base pay range is $65.98–$105.49 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
