Chiropractor - Clinic Director

Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director position at Health Source Chiropractic. New state-of-the-art clinic seeking a doctor who wants to lead the clinic toward success.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to patient management.
• Maintain accurate case histories and records of patients; obtain and record medical histories as indicated.
• Take and analyze diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records; sales of wellness membership packages.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in and/or lead weekly staff training.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective process management.
• Ability to work independently with some late evenings and weekend hours as necessary.

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid Texas DC license.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Committed to growing and learning in a Maximized Living office.
• Teachable attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You are applying to work with a franchisee of Health Source Chiropractic. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs.

Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
