• Possesses applicable certifications as required by the state
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with the assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
