Job Summary
Opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one interventions, collaborating with a clinical team, and helping children develop essential behavioral and developmental skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on client progress throughout sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain RBT certification and follow all ethical and professional practice standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred, but motivated candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
