Outpatient Dialysis RN — CAP Pathway

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in a dialysis setting.

You will work under supervision with the care team, perform essential hemodialysis duties, and participate in education, quality improvement, and staff development as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
