• Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service.
• Manage kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Support career progression opportunities such as line cook, sous chef, or executive chef.

• A combination of education and experience (Hotel experience is always a plus).

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic literacy and ability to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required — with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
