Job Description
Service Management Systems is now hiring for ahousekeeping position.
Duties include but are not limited to:- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors,
elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas - Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Polishes metalwork
- Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Sweep and pressure wash sidewalks around the property
- Clean flower beds
- Empty outside trash receptacles
- General housekeeping throughout the property
- 35-40 hr/week
- Must be available weekends
- Benefits include: health insurance, 1 week vacation after first year
- Uniform & paid training provided
- Other duties may be assigned.
