Key Responsibilities- Support onboarding processes, including background checks and I-9 processing
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with new hire orientation
- Manage terminations, benefits enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Hands‑on experience with full-cycle recruitment
- At least 2 years in an office, retail, or service-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working at an organization with over 1,000 employees
