Lead Product Designer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER!

We are looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to drive the design of user‑centric solutions and interfaces across multiple products with a high degree of autonomy. This role emphasizes Human‑Centered Design (HCD) methodologies, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of the design process. The Lead Product Designer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in different markets and co‑create solutions directly with users to deliver designs that align with business goals, provide high user and customer value, and drive strategic initiatives.

Additionally, this role involves mentoring junior and mid‑level designers while influencing design culture across our IT platform.

• Champion HCD principles to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through comprehensive research methodologies, balancing user value with business outcomes.
• Drive the implementation of experience journey mapping and service blueprinting as tools for decision‑making and roadmap prioritization.
• Lead innovation design sprints and workshops with cross‑functional teams, applying a thorough understanding of the entire sprint process from discovery to testing.
• Measure and monitor user feedback and product performance, synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of design plans and strategy across multiple products, ensuring user needs remain central while balancing technical feasibility and business viability.
• Develop prototypes using both classic and cutting‑edge tools (including AI‑powered solutions) for rapid user testing and validation.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasible implementation of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces and solutions end‑to‑end.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level designers, providing guidance that accelerates their professional growth.
• Influence product strategy and decision‑making at the Platform, Unit, and Squad level through persuasive advocacy for user‑centered approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product design in teams that ship and deployed solutions (showcased in portfolio)
• Data literacy and record of data‑based decision making
• Extensive experience applying Human‑Centered Design methodologies end‑to‑end
• Proficiency with both established and emerging AI powered design tools
• Proven ability to lead teams through innovation design sprints and workshops
• Experience with journey and context mapping methodologies and their strategic application to align teams towards a common goal
• Experience mentoring and developing other designers
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience creating and managing comprehensive design systems
• Knowledge of front‑end development fundamentals
• Familiarity with agile environments
• Advanced knowledge of AI applications in design processes and "vibe coding"
