Location: LUBBOCK, TX
Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)
Responsibilities- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Remote take-over skills are a plus.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Support platform includes Microsoft OS, specifically Win7 and some Win
10 (piloting). - Perform OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds.
- Valid driving license required; some travel may be necessary, and mileage will be reimbursed.
