The role requires at least 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including engine maintenance. Candidates must have public speaking skills and the ability to deliver presentations, as well as experience with maintenance data collection systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are also essential.
